1. T/T, Western union, PayPal are accepted;
2. Please check out our after service as below:
a. All items have warranty, except original parts.
b. If products have quality problem we will exchange it immediately or offer repair service to buyers. It depends on which products it is and its conditions.
c. It would be buyer’s responsibility if products are damaged because of improper installion or opened and repair it privately.
Q1. What’s your payment methods?
A: We accept Bank transfer, Western Union and Paypal.
Q2. How are you going to ship my order?
A: We will arrange the shipment by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS usually.
Q3. How long will you delivery my order to me?
A: The normal delivery day to USA is 3-5 days, while 3-7 days will be needed for other countries. EMS will take more days.
Q4. How can I trace my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail the shipping information includ tracking number to you.
Q5. If I am not satisfied with your products, can I return goods?
A: Guanyang will offer exchange or refund service if there’s defects on our products during warranty time. Please contact us before you return it. And please noted that the buyers need to pay for the cost of returning shipments, and we will responsible for sending the replaced or repaired items back.
Q6. Do I need to pay custom duties?
A: The price NOT include importing fees such as customs duties. So you have to pay these fees according to the regulation of your country, and Guanyang will try our best to assist you for your requirement. If you have special requirements for declared values, please inform us before placing an order.
